Stacker -- you like to stack papers and have your own priority system within each stack.  Sometimes the stacks grow too high to manage.  Better to go vertical using "super sorters" with manilla folders.  Better yet, get a scanner.
Strengths:  Flexibility - you can totally handle it when the "plan" changes.

Cyclone -- you have one speed -- full throttle.  You can jump from project to project -- idea to idea. Your desk takes on a different look every day.  Strengths: a great motivator of others, who looks into the future and makes snap decisions without hesitation.

Hoarder -- you keep everything and some of those things may have little value; even to you. Strengths:  you are the historian of your group and value the accomplishments of those who wrote, invented, or paid for what you keep in your files, garage, and various nooks and crannies.
